Sneha Bhagat, a skilled Software Engineer and by profession a freelance Oracle DBA Trainer, cum ex-professor and System Analyst.
After she joined Inner Wheel in 2012, her leadership journey began the very next year as the Club Secretary, and has since been entrusted to hold several key positions at the club level. During her Presidency her club achieved maximum awards, including Best Project Awards for three Inter-District Projects, Best President Award, Membership Growth Award, Media Coverage Award, and the distinction of opening the first Happy School of IWC Baroda. During her tenure as Zonal Area Coordinator, the District seminar on "Orphan Free India" was held successfully. She held the position of District Editor twice and had published two District Souvenirs, Epitome and Skylar, and won accolades for promoting the maximum District Service Projects at the Association level. As a District Treasurer, she encouraged clubs of the District to create their Club Account and PAN Card. As a District secretary, she visited 40 clubs accompanying the District Chairman.

Her Inner Wheel journey is marked by excellence, having served as Secretary, Vice President, and President of IWC Meerut, earning multiple recognitions. As Founder President of IWC Meerut Prabhat, she led the club to 17 awards, with the distinction of being adjudged Best Club of District 310. As District Editor , got opportunity to be MOC of Association Seminar, Atmnirbhar nari- Ek Kadam which was attended by then IIW President Ebe Martines.

She went on to serve as Club Secretary in 2008â09, earning the Best PresidentâSecretary Award from District 314, and became Club President in 2012â13.
Her presidential year was marked by innovative and impactful projects.
The fundraiser "Big Wonders", a musical extravaganza performed by special children, touched many hearts.
She also introduced "Sparsh â Ek Ehsaas", a pioneering initiative on Good Touch and Bad Touch.
Launched as a pilot project by Past President Surekha Punamiya from her club, it was embraced across District 314 and later adopted nationally by the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in Indiaâa proud moment for the district.
Mona further served as Zonal Coordinator in 2018â19 and as Project Coordinator for "Khelo India" in 2020â21.
As District Editor in 2021â22, she achieved a significant milestone by introducing a mobile application containing contact details of all club office bearers and inviting paperless corrections, setting a benchmark in sustainability. As District Editor Mona Gyani worked alongside PIIWP Dr. Pallavi Shah in creating a coffee table book on Founder Association President Rakshaben Mehta, released during the Confetti West Zone Meet 2021 hosted by Inner Wheel District 314
As District ISO, she conceptualized a unique Dupatta Decoration Competition, with over 800 dupattas gifted to the wives of our brave jawans, aligning beautifully with the district mega project "Bharat Ke Veer".
In her roles as District Treasurer, District Secretary, and later District Vice Chairman, Mona consistently demonstrated exceptional administrative excellenceâstreamlining systems, strengthening communication, and introducing impactful initiatives like "Manah Shakti â Food for Mental Health", widely appreciated across the district.
She has attended Inner Wheel Triennial Conferences in 2012â13, 2021â22, and 2024â25, and served as a committee member at the South Asia Rally 2013â14.
Expanding her leadership footprint further, Mona created history by becoming the First Lady President of the Rotary Club of Borivli, RID 3141, in 2019â20.
Under her leadership, the club executed 64 projects on 1st July 2019 and over 100 projects in July 2019, celebrating the Centennial Year of Rotary in India.
She was honoured with the prestigious Rotary Foundation District Service Award.
She has also served as the first woman Chief District Sergeant-at-Arms of RID 3141, later becoming Assistant Governor in Rotary Year 2023â24.
Mona is married to Mr. Manish Gyani, an active Rotarian. Together, they are Major Donor Level 4, Benefactor Couple, Paul Harris Society Members, PolioPlus Society Members, and End Polio Fellows.
