As I write this message, I am filled with a deep sense of nostalgia and gratitude. It feels like just yesterday that I became a part of this incredible organization drawn by its spirit of friendship and service. Today, I feel truly honored and humbled to serve as the 51st Association President of the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in India.
This moment is not just a personal milestone, it is a celebration of every woman, every club, and every hand that has supported and walked alongside me on this journey. I accept this responsibility with humility, sincerity, and a heart full of gratitude. Thank you for your trust, encouragement, and belief in me.
Inner Wheel is more than an organization; it is a movement. A global sisterhood that transcends borders, cultures, and backgrounds, uniting us in friendship, compassion, and purposeful service. Together, we foster international understanding, uplift communities, and bring hope where it is needed most.
There is something deeply symbolic about our Inner Wheel logo. At its heart lies a small dotsimple, yet powerful. That dot represents each one of us. And just like that dot, each of us holds the power to create change. When our individual efforts come together, they create a powerful wave of impact.
The International Inner Wheel theme for 2026–2027, “Grow and Flourish,” beautifully envisioned by our IIW President Ingelog, inspires us to look at Inner Wheel as a thriving garden.
inspires us to nurture, strengthen, and expand our beautiful garden of service.
Our members are the foundation of this garden. It is our responsibility to nurture, support, and help it grow stronger each day. Like a garden filled with diverse plants, our organization is a vibrant tapestry of individuals—each unique, each valuable. Some need sunlight, some need care, some need encouragement—but together, we create something truly beautiful.
The seed of this garden was sown by Margarette Golding in 1924, rooted in friendship and service. From that seed, Inner Wheel has grown into a global force of compassion and understanding. Our long-standing members are the rich soil that sustains us, while new members bring fresh energy, joy, and new possibilities.
Let us cherish every member. Let us strengthen existing bonds and warmly welcome new ones. Together, we must continue to support and empower women, extend help in times of need, and deepen our commitment to service.
Wear your badge with pride. Share our story. Inspire others. Be proud of who you are and what Inner Wheel stands for.
Dear friends, each one of you is important. Each one of you is a flower in this garden. You are the strength, the beauty, and the spirit of Inner Wheel. You are the ones who will truly grow and flourish.
Unity is our greatest strength. With a dedicated team, the guidance of our Past Association Presidents, and the collective spirit of all our members, I am confident we will take Inner Wheel to even greater heights.
Let us always remember: “Individually we are capable, but together we are unstoppable.”
As beautifully said by Serena Williams: “The success of every woman should be an inspiration to another. We should raise each other up. Be strong, be extremely kind, and above all be humble.”
Thank you once again for your trust and support.
With love and gratitude,
Vinutha Harish
Association President 2026–27

Let your leadership inspire others to step forward, participate, and shine.
Lead with enthusiasm, inclusiveness, and compassion. Engage your members, encourage participation, and create an environment where every voice is heard and valued.
