If you know somebody who is interested in joining InnerWheel, please contact a Club President, Secretary or DistrictExtension Organiser. They would meet that person to discuss thepossibility of either joining an existing Club or starting a newClub. Established Clubs can grow their membership by invitingany woman to join, and by explaining the objectives of InnerWheel and how we work.
As soon as a new member is accepted to join,a welcoming committee inducts her. She becomes a fullyactive member, votes and participates in all aspects of theClub and can hold office.

Active membership may beretained or taken up by womenwho have been invited to joinprovided that they are over 18years, and the majority of the clubmembers agree. This was passedat the International Conventionin 2021, thus removing all earlierrestrictions.
The minimum number of Active Members required to forma Club is 10 women above the age of 18, who are interestedand accept the objectives of our organisation.
A District Extension Organiser and District Chairmantogether with a sponsoring club will ensure that theintentions of the new Club are aligned with Inner Wheel.The District will then send an application to InternationalInner Wheel, together with the Club’s agreement to adoptthe standard rules and to observe the Constitution. Such anagreement is binding except where it conflicts with the lawsand customs of a particular country.
