Neelu Singh Dhakrey is a dynamic and visionary leader.Her educational qualification includes dual postgraduate degrees in English and Education.

She joined Inner Wheel Club of Agra in 2010. As Club President, she formed two new clubs and built five toilet blocks. She also led the "100 Days No Tobacco" campaign.

As District Chairman, she has formed 7 New Clubs,inducted 19 Inner Wheel Ki Hunarshalas and 14 Inner Sankalp Masala Kendras, established 60 Happy Schools, and distributed 75,000 notebooks for children under the IILM DISHA Program. She has actively contributed to the organization's growth and development.

Her leadership and dedication have been recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious Rani Lakshmi Bai Award by former UP Chief Minister, the late Shri Mulayam Singh Yadav, and the HT Woman of the Year Award, given by Hon. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Neelu represented India in the Asian Pacific Scout Guide Rally in 1987 as a Junior Guide. She also commanded the NCC Republic Day Parade in 1990, and is also a national-level basketball player.
