Rachana Malapni is a transformative leader, blending business acumen, social impact, and spirituality. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction and a Diploma in Naturopathy. As the financial steward of her family business, she has demonstrated exceptional management skills. A well-known speaker and counselor, she has also served as the chief editor of a children’s magazine and is a Bhagavad Gita trainer, having memorized five Adhyays

Rachana has received the Best All Rounder Club President Award, along with 21 other awards for various projects. She initiated a plant nursery that has distributed over 300,000 plants free of cost and completed 15 Happy Schools during her presidential tenure. Under her leadership, District 313 hosted the All India ISO Meet ‘Kafila’ (2018-19)attended by IIWPP Christen Kerby, and she served as co-convener for the ICI (2022-23), the Second Association Council Meeting, and the Incoming Chairmen’s Institute 2024-25.

Her tenure saw the creation of 115 Happy Schools, the highest in the Association, earning a place in the Golden Book of World Records. District 313 achieved top ranks in all avenues for 2023-24, including IILM Shiksha, and won three awards for excellence in women empowerment, youth development, and support for the differently-abled. Rachana also unveiled the history book “Roots to Dreams,” capturing the 39-year legacy of District 313, in the presence of IIW President Trish Douglas.

Rachana has attended several significant events, including the Convention in Jaipur (Online), Triennials in Pune and Varanasi, the North-West Rally in Indore, and the International PDC Meet in Anand, Gujarat. Her contributions have earned her numerous awards for social work, underscoring her commitment to making a positive impact.
